Jacob
The room was brand-new and well priced and I loved the classic-style building. The view was wonderful here and the staff were really helpful and top-class people at the reception desk. The hotel had an exceptionally nice location to the tube which has great connections. Plus, it was just next door to easy access to Brooklyn / Williamsburg.

This is surely the best small hotel, brilliant and phenomenal staff, amazing rooms. It has a brilliant location near the subways for a number of lines at Canal St. Moreover, it is near the subway station too and close to Brooklyn Bridge / Ground Zero and taxi and Trams, restaurants and nightlife.

We felt very comfortable and loved magnificent views.
No complains at all, we spent a very nice time here. It was a perfect place to stay in New York. The staff were excellent, competent, would want to stay there again. The service was excellent, that made the hotel good standard and stylish place. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

The rooms are decent sized with basic essentials. They offer a big window and a heating system.

The hotel was tidy and had extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. The room was beautifully designed and functional with a queen size bed included. Having hairdryers, a walk-in shower and towels was a bonus. The location was particularly good, right next to a metro station. Had nice dainties at Prologue Coffee Room, located right next to the property.

Also, the location is good and absolutely perfect, minutes from a cable-stayed bridge. It offers good services.

My queen room with seperate bathrooms and 3 large suitcases, as example was brand-new. The venue was in a central location just next door to Harlem in the north of Manhattan and all the restaurants and shops and midtown Manhattan. I dined right next to the hotel at Le Coucou Restaurant.

The hotel of choice in New York City. Tidy property with knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. Modern twin room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Early check-in, late check-out. Free Wi-Fi, available in the property.

Great location, clean rooms
Unhelpful staff - friendly, but didn't help with our issues. Safety box was locked and after third promise to open the box, we just stopped asking. Our friends had the same problem – for them the answer was: "the previous guest probably has the backup key". Also, the hotel did credit card authorization/hold twice for the whole amount, thus maxing out my credit card. When I demanded they do something, they denied everything and did nothing. My bank confirmed the hotel's error.

Great staff and location.
Tiny room, even by nyc standards. My reservation was for a room with 2 twin beds but when I checked in they only had a queen room available. Very tight quarters for 2 friends travelling together.

Great location near Chinatown, Little Italy, and subway stations. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Cozy room with all necessary amenities. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Noise level is manageable, especially with the AC on.
